Guests will have full access to the entire 2BHK apartment, including a very spacious living room and a fully equipped kitchen with both hot and cold water available. All bedrooms, bathrooms, and common areas are open for your comfortable use throughout your stay.

We kindly request all guests to inform us in advance if you are planning any gatherings or celebrations. Please note that unregistered or extra guests may incur an additional fee of ₹500 per guest. Quiet hours are from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM. This is a peaceful, cooperative residential community, so we ask that you keep noise to a minimum during these hours. If excessive noise or disturbance occurs, guests may be asked to vacate the property immediately. We want you to enjoy your stay comfortably please just be mindful of our neighbors and the community. If you need anything or have questions during your stay, feel free to reach out anytime.

For entry and exit, please note that there is no security guard on-site. A caretaker is available to assist when needed. If you plan to order food or any delivery, kindly inform us beforehand so we can coordinate with the caretaker to collect your order from the township gate. If you are coming late or going out, please let us know in advance. We will arrange for the caretaker to open or close the main door accordingly. The property is accessible 24/7, but we request that you always ensure the door is properly closed upon entering or leaving. For your convenience, the keys will be placed in a lockbox. The code will be shared with you after your booking is confirmed. Please return the keys to the lockbox at checkout and make sure it is securely closed.
