Yes, but with restrictions. For your safety, personal contact details (phone, email, links, social media) cannot be shared until the booking is confirmed. Violating this may lead to account suspension.
Hosts can choose from Flexible, Moderate, or Strict cancellation policies. The chosen policy is clearly displayed on each listing. Please review it before booking.
Refund eligibility depends on the host’s cancellation policy. If approved, the refund will reflect in your StayEasy Wallet Ledger and can either be used for future bookings or withdrawn to your bank account.
If the accommodation is materially different from its description, or poses a genuine safety/health/legal concern, report it to StayEasy within 24 hours of check-in with photos or evidence. Our Guest Refund Policy may apply.
Refunds are processed into your StayEasy Wallet Ledger within a few working days after approval. Bank withdrawals usually take 2–5 business days.
Hosts and guests can chat on StayEasy. No-shows are treated as cancellations, and the cancellation policy chosen by the host will apply.
Yes. GST is applied based on tariff:
Less than ₹7,500/night → 5% GST
₹7,500/night or above → 18% GST
Yes! During checkout, you can apply discount coupons or referral codes (if available).

Host FAQs
1.Sign up as a host.
2.Add property details, photos, amenities, and set your tariff.
3.Accept the Terms & Conditions for Hosts.
4.Submit your listing for approval.
Yes. You can choose between Flexible, Moderate, or Strict policies. The chosen policy applies to all bookings.
1.If you are GST registered, GST collected from guests will be reflected in your wallet and transferred to you.
2.If you are not GST registered, StayEasy will handle GST compliance.
Payouts reflect in your StayEasy Wallet Ledger after guest check-in (not at booking confirmation).
1.Settlements are processed weekly (Monday–Sunday cycle).
2.You will receive your payout by Tuesday of the following week, or earlier if you request a withdrawal.
Your wallet reflects your earnings virtually. To withdraw, simply click Request Withdrawal with the exact amount. StayEasy then transfers it to your bank account.
Refunds are first deducted from the host’s wallet balance (if applicable). Guests receive the refund into their wallet ledger, which they can use or withdraw.
No. Sharing personal contact details before booking confirmation is prohibited. Violating this may lead to suspension of your account and forfeiture of wallet balance.

StayEasy does not allow listings that violate local laws or community safety guidelines.
StayEasy charges a small service fee on confirmed bookings. The exact fee will be visible in your host dashboard before publishing your listing.
If a dispute arises, both guest and host can raise it through the platform. StayEasy will mediate, and our decision will be final and binding.
