Anyone who legally owns or has the right to rent out a property can become a host on StayEasy. This includes homeowners, property managers, or authorized representatives. Hosts must provide accurate property details, comply with local laws, and follow StayEasy’s terms and service guidelines to ensure a secure and trustworthy experience for guests.
StayEasy verifies guests and assigns a verified badge to their profiles. Hosts are encouraged to prioritize verified guests, as they come with added trust and transparency. However, unverified guests can still make bookings, giving hosts full flexibility to accept any guest.
All earnings are reflected in your virtual StayEasy Wallet/ledger. Hosts can request withdrawals at any time. Payouts are processed weekly, from Monday to Sunday of the preceding week. Refunds are deducted from guests’ virtual wallets and, if applicable, reflected in your wallet.
Absolutely. StayEasy allows you to adjust tariffs, availability, and booking preferences anytime, giving you complete control over your property.
Refunds follow the host-selected cancellation policy (Flexible, Moderate, Strict). Refund amounts are credited to the guest’s virtual wallet and can be withdrawn or used for future bookings
Hosts and guests can chat on StayEasy. Sharing personal contact details before booking is prohibited. Violation may lead to suspension and forfeiture of wallet balance.
