StayEasy allows hosts to choose among three standardized cancellation policies—Flexible, Moderate, and Strict—to balance the interests of both guests and hosts. Each listing clearly displays its cancellation policy, and all reservations are subject to the chosen policy.
Guests can review penalties and request cancellations directly under Dashboard > Your Trips > Change or Cancel.
Flexible: Full refund up to 1 day before arrival (except fees)
Cleaning fees are always refunded if the guest does not check in.
The StayEasy service fee is non-refundable.
If a complaint arises, notice must be given to StayEasy within 24 hours of check-in.
StayEasy will mediate disputes when necessary, and our decision will be final.
A reservation is officially canceled when the guest clicks the cancellation button on the cancellation confirmation page.
Cancellation policies may be overridden by the Guest Refund Policy, safety cancellations, or extenuating circumstances.
Applicable taxes will be retained and remitted.
Moderate: Full refund up to 5 days before arrival (except fees)
