Welcome to StayEasy.
These Host Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the StayEasy platform as a Host. By creating a Host account, listing a property, accepting bookings, or otherwise using the platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.
StayEasy acts solely as an online marketplace that facilitates connections between Hosts and Guests. StayEasy does not own, manage, operate, control, inspect, endorse, or guarantee any listed property unless expressly stated otherwise.

To register and host on StayEasy, you must: be at least eighteen (18) years of age, possess the legal authority and capacity to enter into binding contracts, be the lawful owner, tenant, manager, or authorized representative of the property being listed, and comply with all applicable laws, regulations, housing society rules, and licensing requirements.
By listing a property, you represent and warrant that all information and documents submitted to StayEasy are accurate, complete, and up to date.
Hosts are solely responsible for the accuracy and legality of their listings.
Property listings must accurately describe location, amenities, pricing, occupancy limits, house rules, availability, and any restrictions applicable to Guests.
StayEasy reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to verify, edit, suspend, reject, or remove any listing that contains misleading information, violates applicable laws or regulations, receives repeated guest complaints, or poses a safety, reputational, or operational risk to the platform.
Hosts are solely responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable laws, including but not limited to local housing regulations, tourism and hospitality regulations, society and apartment association by-laws, fire and safety requirements, police verification requirements, and tax obligations including GST and income tax.
StayEasy shall not be responsible or liable for any penalties, fines, legal actions, regulatory proceedings, or losses arising from a Host's failure to comply with applicable laws.
Once a booking has been confirmed, Hosts are expected to honour the reservation.
Hosts may not cancel confirmed bookings except under extraordinary circumstances including property damage rendering the property uninhabitable, safety concerns, natural disasters, government restrictions, or other circumstances approved by StayEasy.
Host-initiated cancellations will result in penalties, reduced listing visibility, temporary suspension, or permanent account termination. Hosts may initiate a penalty waiver request from the Host Dashboard for reasonable reasons of cancellation of a confirmed booking.
StayEasy reserves the right to relocate affected guests, issue refunds, or take corrective action where necessary.
Host earnings are reflected within the Host Virtual Wallet after successful booking confirmation.
Unless otherwise specified, earnings become eligible for payout after guest check-in and applicable verification checks. Hosts may request withdrawal of available balances through the platform. StayEasy generally processes payouts on a weekly basis; banking timelines may vary depending on financial institutions.
StayEasy reserves the right to withhold, delay, reverse, or adjust payouts where fraud is suspected, chargebacks occur, disputes remain unresolved, regulatory obligations require review, or Terms of Service violations are identified.
StayEasy may charge commissions, service fees, payment processing fees, promotional fees, or other platform charges.
Applicable fees will be displayed through the platform and may be revised periodically.
Continued use of the platform following fee updates constitutes acceptance of the revised fee structure.
The StayEasy Virtual Wallet is a digital ledger provided solely for informational and accounting purposes.
The Virtual Wallet is not a bank account, is not a prepaid payment instrument, does not constitute stored value, does not earn interest, cannot be transferred between users, and cannot be used outside the StayEasy platform.
All actual monetary transactions are processed through regulated banking and payment partners.
Displayed wallet balances represent bookkeeping entries only and do not constitute deposits or custodial accounts.
StayEasy reserves the right to investigate complaints, disputes, refund requests, chargebacks, and guest claims.
Where appropriate, StayEasy may issue partial refunds, issue full refunds, deduct approved adjustments from future payouts, or request supporting documentation from Hosts.
StayEasy's determination regarding platform-related disputes shall be final and binding unless otherwise required by law.
Hosts remain solely responsible for GST compliance, income tax reporting, tax registrations, tax filings, and collection and remittance of applicable taxes.
StayEasy may generate invoices, statements, or GST-related documentation based on information provided by Hosts but assumes no responsibility for the accuracy of such information.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, StayEasy shall not be liable for property damage, theft or loss, personal injury, guest misconduct, loss of profits, business interruption, or indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages.
StayEasy's aggregate liability shall not exceed the total service fees earned by StayEasy from the booking giving rise to the claim.
StayEasy may suspend, restrict, or terminate a Host account immediately and without prior notice for fraudulent activity, misrepresentation, safety concerns, regulatory violations, excessive complaints, or breach of these Terms.
Termination does not relieve Hosts of obligations arising from bookings already confirmed prior to termination.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Kolkata, West Bengal.
StayEasy reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time.
Updated versions will be published on the platform and shall become effective upon publication unless otherwise specified.
Continued use of the platform after such updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Host Terms supplement the general Terms & Conditions that apply to all StayEasy users.
